We do not offer refunds. But don’t worry — if there's a real issue with your product, we’ll gladly help you exchange it.


🔄 Exchange Policy – How It Works

🗓️ Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

🛠️ When is an exchange accepted?

Only if:

  • The product has a hardware defect

  • The product is not as described (ex: wrong model received)

🔍 Diagnosis First:
If you request an exchange, our team will first do a diagnostic:

  • If the issue is confirmed and cannot be repaired, we’ll exchange the item.

  • If it’s a minor fix, we may repair it instead.

⚠️ Important Exclusions:

  • Battery and software issues are not covered.

  • Problems from changing the operating system (ex: Windows, Ghost, Linux) are not covered.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging — no heavy use or damage.

🧾 What you’ll need:

  • Your receipt or order number

  • Make/model of the item

  • Serial number (on the 2” x 2” sticker)

Without this info, we can’t process your exchange.


🚫 No Exchange If:

  • The 30-day period has passed

  • The problem is not confirmed by our team

  • The product has been damaged or misused

  • You are returning a liquidation item

💥 Note on Liquidation Items:
Items marked in the liquidation section are final sale. No exchanges or warranties apply.


📦 How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us first before returning anything.

🚚 You’re responsible for shipping costs.
📦 Please pack the item well. If it’s damaged in transit or used beyond a basic inspection, we may decline the exchange.
